I find myself here again
on Sunday night, miserable from the weekend. Awaiting cross fit in the morning, like a child waiting for Santa Clause.
Doing “Murph” for memorial day, and is all I can say is we will kick it’s ass in memory of you, Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, and everyone else who has died, served or will serve!

Surprise Saturday!
The gym only does 2 workouts on Saturdays, 9am and 10am. I have never been able to go on the weekends, usually stuck working doubles. Today
we attacked “Nancy.”
15 OH squats 400 meter run 5 rounds for time.
I called myself finishing at 22 min.(which is a LONG TIME, I KNOW) But OH squats are hard for me just with a PVC. Not sure why, but getting back up feels impossible. Finished in 22:06.
