Todays WOD was clean & split jerks for 25 min. Then 10 rounds of cleans or some shit, idr. Not my favorite, so I am hoping tomorrow is more my style; some box jumps, sprints, maybe ring dips….bla alarm in 6 hours for that 10 am class. We’ll see if I make it, if not the plan is noon and 3.
