Crossfit is my favorite form of therapy.
Happy? go celebrate at the box.
Annoyed? take it back to that WOD, to improve from the time I had earlier.
Angry? Take it to the box.
Sad? Nothing fixes it like the way you feel after killing a WOD.
….you get the point. It’s only you and that bar. Only you & that distance. Only you and that time clock.

Me and sis downtown last night(: going out for the first time in a long time made me realize multiple things:
A) I prefer a bar setting to downtown
B) I also prefer a hot, sweaty WOD(even if it’s yesterday’s 5k in 38 minutes:embarrassing PR) to downtown.
C) I remember why I quit drinking on a regular basis.
D) I would rather “hang out” with people at my box that I see very irregularly and hardly know their names, then go downtown.
E) I wanna go back to the gym and actually kill the WOD, instead of playing hangover go away game…seeing as my hangover is gone.
